Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines for Authors

GOS - SOE - TIOC 2026 JOINT MEETING accepts submissions for Oral presentation, Poster presentation and Videos.

All abstracts must be submitted in English exclusively via email to tiocgeo@yahoo.com. Please include the word "Abstract" in the subject line and attach your abstract file.

Authors

First (Presenting) Author

  • The first author will be the presenting author.
  • Must register, pay the full fee, attend the Congress, and deliver the presentation.
  • Affiliation, city, and country must be provided.
  • A valid email address must be provided. All communication will be sent to this email.

Co-Author(s)

  • Maximum of five co-authors per abstract.
  • Provide full names and affiliations as they should appear in publications.
  • Initials are allowed only for middle names.

Abstract Title

  • The title must be concise and avoid abbreviations.
  • Use AMA Manual of Style for formatting.

Abstract Content

Abstract content should include the following headings:

  • PURPOSE
  • METHODS
  • RESULTS
  • CONCLUSIONS
  • Maximum length: 250 words.
  • No graphs, tables, images, or references.
  • Do not mention names of institutions or individuals involved in the study.
  • Define abbreviations when first used.
  • Ensure correct spelling and grammar.

Acknowledgement

All successfully submitted abstracts will receive an approval notification via email. If not received within 2 days, contact tiocgeo@yahoo.com.

Deadlines

  • Submit early to avoid system issues.
  • Revisions allowed until June 1, 2026.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.

Review Process

  • All abstracts undergo peer review.
  • The process is confidential.
  • Decisions are final.

Presentation Formats

  • Format: PowerPoint.
  • Submission: via WeTransfer to tiocgeo@yahoo.com.
  • Format changes may be required for acceptance.
  • TIOC holds copyright to all presented materials.

Free Papers & Videos

Free Papers

  • Select the appropriate category during submission.
  • Oral presentations lasting 5–8 minutes.

Videos

  • Deadline: June 1, 2026.
  • Maximum length: 8 minutes.
  • Format: MP4.
  • Evaluation criteria: scientific merit, educational value, originality, quality, conciseness, audio-visual effects, editing.
  • Submission: via WeTransfer to tiocgeo@yahoo.com.

Checklist

Before submission, ensure:

  • The study provides sufficient data with clear outcomes.
  • Affiliated institute, city, and country are provided.
  • The abstract includes Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • Proper methodology is followed.
  • Proofreading by a native English speaker.
  • Word limit is respected.
  • Financial disclosures are included.
